I would not be surprised to learn that I am not the only one that eats this with a spoon!

Why don’t I believe in God? No, no no, why do YOU believe in God? Surely the burden of proof is on the believer. You started all this. If I came up to you and said, “Why don’t you believe I can fly?” You’d say, “Why would I?” I’d reply, “Because it’s a matter of faith.” If I then said, “Prove I can’t fly. Prove I can’t fly see, see, you can’t prove it can you?” You’d probably either walk away, call security or throw me out of the window and shout, ‘’F—ing fly then you lunatic.”” - Ricky Gervais

I’m not a ‘Tumblr Girl’, but I do have my own thoughts, emotions and opinions, and that’s something everybody has, and cannot lose. They make you, and they mould you. They make you original. Be YOUnique! <3

Today, there seems to be a label for almost everything. Emo, Goth, Scene, Indie, Slut, Geek, Retard etc. And so many people feel the need to follow certain trends, just to avoid becoming an ‘outcast’. What is Indie? Is it wearing Vans, Converse, Toms, Chinos, Hoodies, and having a specific hairstyle? No. In fact, this is not Indie. What could possibly be less Indie, than a trend follower, who claims they just ‘throw it all on’ and ‘don’t care’? Nothing! The real definition of indie, is the simple words, of ‘BEING YOURSELF’. This means going out in whatever you want, whether other people dub it as ‘Old fashioned’ ‘cheap looking’, or ‘Off trend’, it is a reflection of you. And you will find, that eventually, people will admire this greatly. The fact that you aren’t pushed into following what everybody is wearing, and being a sheep. What could be better than being recognised as your own self, and not just one of many? If you want to be INDIE, you need only one thing. And you already have that. Yourself.
